why celsius/centigrade is better than fahrenehenheit
- easier to spell
- all water below 0 is ice. easy and logical
- all water above 100 is steam. easy and logical
- if it’s 1 degree outside one day and 10 degrees the next you can literally say it’s 10x warmer and you aren’t even exaggerating

couple of things, wtf does it mean that the difference between 1 degree celsius and 10 degrees means that its 10X hotter literally? like I don’t see how that is any different than fahrenheit. I mean 0 Celsius is still arbitrary, if you were talking about Kelvin though, then you can use that statement (says the guy who sucks at science things)
But yeah, Fahrenheit is still ridiculous, and going back and forth between the metric and the english systems of measurement make me terribly annoyed. I mean when someone says its 20 degrees outside while I’m in Egypt, my mind just can’t understand what that feels like. I just sit there dumbfounded trying to subtract and multiply with fractions. Its not fun. So I’m forever doomed to be used to the stupid system. At some point I hope that’ll change, but I don’t know when.

Not only that, but I’m prematurely thinking about when I’m going to be far from this age, and then I can’t do things. I don’t want to sit around on the internet forever. The new Pope deleted all the old Pope’s tweets. Sounds like a joke but it’s not, it’s this fucking world we’re living in.
I’ve seen this on so many people’s tumblrs. I don’t understand if this is supposed to be a good thing or a bad thing…
I do want to point out that Francis didn’t delete the previous posts, as a silly tech nerd, the @pontifex account had all of the previous pope’s tweets deleted before the conclave. It was Benedict’s way of clearing it for use by the next pope. Oh tumblr and your inferences. Why am I awake anyway?
