Sorry I’m not sorry
Tada guys, The starters for the new Pokemon X and Y games! Chespin, Froakie and Fenniken. I kind of hate what happened with Fennekin because the way she’s drawn makes it seem like her neck is super thin and has a huge head in proportion to its body thats partially why her legs are all messed up. But I’m fairly happy with Froakie. In the last picture you can slso see Togepi and Eevee photobombing, as well as Gengar with his weird manipulations that I got bored and made some day.
AHHH, Finally done and now I can share this and stuff. Its The Knitter! Tumblr’s own Super Villain (Ahem, Anti-Hero) , you can check “The Knitter” tag for lot of other art, or see the post collab of Robofillet’s modeling with needles and yarn, or Fernacular’s ability to imagine him as a DC Anti-Hero. Also, this is the first time I started to document my process for how I made my clay creation, so I might upload some of that to 2ssien later today, maybe. Just, prepare to be knitted guys.
Clay Time! Made this ornament the other day of the Royal Tart Toter. He was so thin, I wish I’d made him a little thicker, but I gave him to a friend that had asked me ages ago to make him at some point. I should keep working on this paper though, and then hopefully at some point this week I’ll work on 1. a vlog I’ve been trying to do forever and 2. my All the Little People inspired piece. Whenever that happens :/.
:P teeny photoset of my unbaked peppermint butler. After seeing All the Little People the other night, all I was thinking was, damn, I have a lot of those teeny people, and hey, maybe I should start making more around the same size so I can have a bag of them at some point :). But yeah, future plan is probably make a Marceline in order to pose with the butler, then I’ll be able to bake and keep as a piece just like my Marcy/Simon piece.
So after watching the last episode of Adventure TIme, I Remember You, I decided to make this in honor of the tragically beautiful episode. It hit a little close to home, but it reminds me why I like these shows that don’t concentrate so much on being a kids show, and telling beautiful stories that anyone can understand. I don’t generally have so many feels, but I did on Monday, and I’d like to say it resulted in my best work yet. This is to you, Marcy and Simon.
Neku Sakuraba protagonist of The World Ends With You, awesome portable RPG set in Shibuya Shopping district of Tokyo. I’ve been obsessively playing it recently and I finally finished, so I thought hey, clay person! I’m really proud of how well the hands turned out in this guy, because they’re usually so shitty, but I’m worried when I bake him he’ll fall apart. Oh well.
made a green monster person on my finger, then had the most difficult time taking him off without destroying him. But totally made him. damn you clay.
